Job Summary
This role is for a 3D CAD Application Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of CAD and PDM systems within an engineering and power plant construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering software, particularly the AVEVA Toolsuite (E3D/Engineering/Diagrams), and will manage tasks from requirement gathering to implementation within the CAD systems. Key responsibilities also include providing user support, assisting with software release changes, and strategically contributing to CAD/PDM projects to meet departmental needs efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT affinity who is eager to continuously develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or relevant professional training of at least 3 years with subject-specific additional qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years of practical professional experience
- Initial experience with Electrical Design Systems like EPLAN
