Job Summary
This role involves training apprentices in the electrical engineering trade within well-equipped workshops, focusing on practical instruction. The Master Trainer will engage with training companies and parents, organize and conduct career fairs and informational events to promote the trade, and lead further education and career orientation initiatives. Key requirements include a Master Craftsman's certificate in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, extensive professional experience in electro- and information technology, particularly automation, network technology, and IT fundamentals, along with pedagogical competence. The position offers a collegiate work environment within a modern public service institution, with a regular 39-hour work week, supplementary pension, and a job ticket.
