Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering Project Engineer who will be instrumental in shaping the campus landscapes of various universities in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The successful candidate will manage and execute construction projects and maintenance measures from initial planning to facility management, with a strong focus on electrical systems for new constructions, renovations, and extensions, particularly within university and research facilities. Key responsibilities include planning technical systems, conducting analyses of existing buildings, developing sustainable electrical solutions, preparing tender documents, and coordinating external service providers. The position requires a degree in electrical engineering, relevant professional experience in construction project management, and a comprehensive understanding of building technology. Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Professional/planning experience in processing or managing construction measures across service phases 1 to 9 of HOAI (relevant system groups according to § 53 HOAI)
- Experience in planning operational technical systems in the specified fields
- Experience in managing construction projects, preferably in public construction
- Holistic understanding of complex technical interrelationships, especially in building technology
