Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Lead in Service & Maintenance Onshore, responsible for building up a new service location in Burgdorf, Germany. The successful candidate will oversee the entire setup process, from commissioning to structuring processes and equipping the site. They will provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations, and facilitating ongoing professional development, particularly for Vestas, Enercon, and Nordex plant types. Key responsibilities include preparing offers and orders, efficiently planning and coordinating technical teams, and managing safety inspections and equipment monitoring. The role also involves acting as a flexible technical expert for troubleshooting complex issues and fostering strong relationships with EnBW and other partners.
