Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive system administration and application support for users of the Lämmkom LISSA specialized software within the Social, Youth, and Housing department of the Worms city administration. Day-to-day tasks include managing master data, providing user support, maintaining procedures, implementing legal changes, and executing payment and revenue processes. The specialist will also contribute to digitalization and data projects. Key requirements include a strong ability to quickly grasp complex issues, in-depth knowledge of social law, and familiarity with the LISSA program's structure. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed Angestelltenprüfung II (Employee Examination II) or a successfully completed degree for the third entry-level civil service career path in Administration and Finance.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration and application support, specifically with the Lämmkom LISSA program
- Experience in master data maintenance (legal and financial aspects)
- Experience in implementing legal and statutory changes within software procedures
- Experience in conducting payment runs and revenue accruals
- Experience in project collaboration (digitalization, statistics, key figures)
- Experience as a training officer (or willingness to act as one)
