Job Summary

The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) is seeking a Software Developer to join their Maritime Data Center in Hamburg. This role is crucial for the 'finalRAVE' project, focusing on the development and enhancement of modern software solutions for the 'Rave Research Archives' and 'Seegang' portals. The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to maintenance and further development. They will work with flat hierarchies, modern IT infrastructure, and agile methodologies like Scrum, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diplom (FH) or equivalent) in Computer Science or a comparable field, OR recognized equivalent qualifications/experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in software development
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in software development (alternative qualification path)
