This role is for an IT Helpdesk / IT Client Support Specialist to join Ströer X GmbH, a specialist in dialogue and direct marketing within the Ströer Group. The successful candidate will be a key member of the IT Helpdesk team, providing first-level support across all company locations via remote, onsite, and telephone channels. Daily tasks include logging IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving IT disruptions, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and assisting with IT infrastructure administration and projects.
