This role is for an organized and proactive Technical Project Assistant within the Käuffer Group in Mainz, offering full-time, part-time, or 4-day work week options, with the possibility of remote work after an initial onboarding period. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting project execution, including monitoring deadlines, coordinating project-related activities, assisting with change order management and project billing, and tracking advance payments. A key responsibility involves coordinating and scheduling assembly personnel in close consultation with project managers. This position is ideal for someone with a commercial or technical background who thrives in a structured environment and can effectively manage various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project flow.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) or technical training in a skilled trade, alternatively a university degree with a willingness to undertake commercial tasks.
Experience
- Initial experience in personnel coordination (e.g., scheduling and personnel planning)
- Professional experience in a commercial or technical role
