Job Summary

As a Digital HR Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital HR landscape for an international automotive industry leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategically advancing the Digital HR Roadmap in collaboration with global HR and IT stakeholders. You will be hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent, continuously optimizing them and acting as a Product Owner for specific areas. This role requires identifying and prioritizing global HR processes for digital implementation, working closely with IT, HR Business Partners, and international leadership. You'll also actively participate in integration and migration projects, evaluate new tools, and conduct value-added analyses to uncover further digitalization potential.
