This role involves leading international IT implementation projects, focusing on supply chain visibility platforms. The expert will conduct needs analyses, calculate project budgets, and coordinate project documentation. A key part of the job is analyzing and describing customer processes and requirements, then conceptualizing and visualizing organizational and digitized business processes and interfaces for IT development. The position also entails planning and implementing digital platform services, alongside providing configuration, customizing, consulting, and ongoing support for existing customers. Furthermore, the expert will support the sales organization by presenting the features of the Dachser Supply Chain Visibility platforms.
