Job Summary

As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of technical building equipment. Your daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving malfunctions, commissioning new systems, and performing functional and safety checks. You will also be in charge of creating necessary documentation and serving as a key contact for clients, tenants, and suppliers. This role requires participation in on-call duty. The ideal candidate will possess a completed technical vocational training in electrical, heating, sanitary, or ventilation technology, coupled with relevant professional experience in building services.
