Job Summary
This role is for a Test Engineer specializing in high-voltage components and battery management within the automotive industry, focusing on eDrive vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating energy management systems, optimizing the efficiency of high-voltage components to maximize range, and supporting test drives under real-world conditions. Key responsibilities also include creating comprehensive specification documents, ensuring development quality through modern processes, and meticulous documentation and release of final products. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field. Additional vocational training in a skilled trade is beneficial.
Experience
- Professional experience in the development and application of electronic components, especially in electronics development for high-voltage systems
- Comprehensive expertise in planning, conducting, and evaluating tests and test series
- Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and managing specifications for energy systems
- Experience in managing and leading projects in vehicle development
- Familiarity with simulation and analysis of errors in electronics and high-voltage systems
