Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Manager who will be instrumental in building and evolving IT service management to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate will coordinate and support the handling of changes, major incidents, and problems, preparing information for management. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective incident and problem resolution to minimize downtime, monitoring SLAs and performance indicators, and introducing systems for service and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and IT management frameworks, coupled with excellent social and organizational skills, ready to drive IT excellence for diverse clients.
