This role is for a proactive Technical Employee specializing in grid connections, focusing on energy infrastructure projects. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding house connections, construction power, and photovoltaic (PV) systems, handling requests via various channels. A key part of your day will involve meticulous document and data management, including preparing PV system documentation, inputting data into the IConnect order portal, and conducting grid compatibility checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for project coordination, which includes creating and sending offers to clients and coordinating with telecommunications and fiber optic partners.
