Job Summary

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing 1st Level Support to both the central office and branch locations. Key responsibilities include setting up workstations, managing devices, handling password management, and overseeing device maintenance and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent knowledge of IT systems, networks, and operating systems, and proficiency in configuring hardware and software.
