Job Summary
This role is for a Test Manager specializing in Battery Management for E-Mobility, based in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all technical testing activities within the department. This includes developing test concepts and functional test strategies, defining and scheduling test infrastructure like tools, vehicles, and test benches, and monitoring test scopes from external suppliers. The role also involves tracking metrics to monitor test progress, continuously optimizing testing processes and tools, and supporting customer inquiries related to test activities. Ideal candidates will have a technical background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, or computer science, coupled with initial professional experience in test management and functional testing on HiL or in vehicles. Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English are essential for this position.
