Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a critical role in the planning and execution of the Air2030 program, Switzerland's largest defense procurement initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, planning, steering, and coordinating medium-complexity procurement projects across various technical domains. A key function involves overseeing sub-projects within major initiatives, creating detailed planning and control documentation, including schedules, resources, risk, cost, and quality plans. You will monitor project progress against the Air2030 Masterplan, identify critical dependencies, and develop planning scenarios in collaboration with subject matter specialists. This role requires generating key planning metrics for program oversight and continuously developing planning methodologies.
