Job Summary
This role involves leading exciting projects focused on power and heat supply, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality execution. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of both internal and external project teams, from contract drafting based on HOAI regulations to overseeing implementation and commissioning according to VOB. Key responsibilities also include managing stakeholder communication, conducting project acceptances, and coordinating with authorities. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or a related field, extensive project management experience, particularly within public utility contexts, and a strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Renewable Energies, or comparable fields
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in leading larger projects
- Professional experience in public utility projects (ideally)
- Strong knowledge in awarding engineering and architectural services according to HOAI
- Strong knowledge in construction law according to VOB
- Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA Level B or comparable) are an advantage
