As a Chassis System Integration Engineer, you will be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge Electronic Brake and Electronic Steering Systems into vehicles, focusing on vehicle dynamics control. This role involves supporting the development of new technologies from a vehicle-level perspective, overseeing the validation of system functionalities, and ensuring vehicle operating concepts are robust for both Level 0 and Level 4 automated driving modes. You will be responsible for testing and developing electronic brake systems, planning and executing vehicle-level tests for functional safety, and coordinating with suppliers. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with vehicle braking control safety systems, and proficiency in simulation tools, making it ideal for a professional seeking to shape the future of automotive development in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Required Skills
Education
MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- Greater than 3 years of experience with braking control system development, modeling, and implementation
- Experience in active brake systems (brake traction control or stability control)
- Basic experience, understanding, and intuition for the physics of electric drivetrains
- Professional experience with powertrain traction control, electric power steering, or other chassis control systems (desirable)
