Job Summary

This role is for an enthusiastic and qualified Process Manager to join a 7-person team focused on collections management within a modern municipal employer in Osnabrück, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing, steering, and optimizing all SAP IS-U processes related to collections, from dunning runs to interface management with collection agencies. A key responsibility will be supporting the introduction and utilization of Celonis for data-driven process analysis and continuous improvement. The role also involves developing and implementing digitalization and automation concepts to enhance efficiency and profitability, managing interfaces with internal departments and external IT partners, and establishing KPIs for performance monitoring. Additionally, the Process Manager will actively contribute to system development, lead acceptance tests, coordinate between departments and IT, and provide training on new processes and tools.
