Job Summary
The M365 Expert will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, EntraID, and Exchange Online/Hybrid. This role involves coordinating technical, organizational, and security-related requirements, managing service providers, and acting as a key interface to internal stakeholders. The expert will also oversee governance, lifecycle management, compliance, and user adoption for M365 services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital infrastructure of a large healthcare organization, working with a team of four professionals, and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential services to 9.5 million people in North Rhine.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree, ideally with an IT focus, or completed training in the IT field.
Experience
- Extensive experience in operating and developing Microsoft 365 services and related technologies within an enterprise environment
- Professional experience in the described tasks, either through a completed IT-related degree or IT training
