Job Summary
As a Planning and Project Manager for Power (Medium and Low Voltage), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of energy supply in Bavaria, ensuring reliable power for approximately 7 million people. Your daily tasks will involve developing technical concepts for low, medium voltage, and street lighting networks, and connecting renewable energy plants and new consumers to the grid. You will manage energy projects from initial customer ideas to the first power flow, and create tailored street lighting concepts for regional communities, maintaining close client contact throughout. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and safety. You will contribute significantly to the energy transition by enabling the integration of decentralized green energy sources into the network.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, OR certified Master Electrician (Meister:in), OR certified Electrical Technician (Techniker:in), OR comparable qualification through long-term professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable role, if not holding a specific degree/certification
- Experience in developing technical concepts for low, medium voltage, and street lighting networks
- Experience in connecting renewable energy plants and new consumers to power grids
- Experience in coordinating and leading energy projects from conception to completion
- Experience in customer interaction and satisfaction
