Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance team, focusing on the analysis and release of honey products. Your daily tasks will involve conducting chemical-physical and sensory analyses of raw, ready-to-bottle, and finished honey, along with performing incoming inspections of packaging materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining and verifying the accuracy of laboratory equipment and conducting various operational controls, such as water and surface hygiene analyses. This role requires a precise and conscientious individual with strong analytical skills and a background in laboratory work, contributing to quality assurance and audit-related activities within a family-owned company known for its premium honey brands.
