Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing sales strategies for building technology, focusing on the North/North-West region. The Area Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and tradespeople, while conducting market research to identify new opportunities. A critical aspect of the role is collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and representing the company at industry events. The position also entails regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Furthermore, the successful candidate will lead a team of project and construction managers, overseeing project implementation to ensure quality and economic success, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs, even during installation.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering or comparable; alternatively, industry-specific vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.
