Job Summary

As a Capacity Planner in Chemistry, you will be instrumental in optimizing production plans for high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning and care products. Your day-to-day will involve creating and refining production schedules to ensure smooth operations and on-time manufacturing. You'll actively monitor processes, adjusting as needed to maintain efficiency, and collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure a seamless material flow. A key part of your role will be analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing practical solutions to boost efficiency and quality. You'll also create work instructions and train the production team to ensure standardized implementation. This role is ideal for someone with a background in chemistry or production engineering, who is proficient with ERP systems, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to drive improvements in a supportive team environment.
