This role seeks a Concrete Technologist with a strong background in technical sales to join a leading natural stone and asphalt company in Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, testing, and optimizing concrete formulations, ensuring compliance with current standards. Key responsibilities include conducting quality controls, performing laboratory analyses, and providing expert advice to clients on material selection and aggregate applications. The position also involves creating and maintaining technical reports, documentation, and certifications, as well as collaborating with various internal and external research and testing institutes. Required Skills
Education
Certified Concrete Technologist (e.g., E-Schein or equivalent qualification)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the concrete industry (e.g., precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, concrete products, or testing)
- Specialized knowledge in the cement, concrete, and aggregate industry
- In-depth knowledge of concrete technology testing
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as DIN EN 206 and DIN 1045
