You will join a Data Factory Team, focusing on the collection and processing of maintenance and labor time data within the automotive aftermarket. Key responsibilities include preparing technical documents, researching and organizing vehicle data, accurately recording information into in-house systems, providing technical support to workshop customers via a hotline, and ensuring high data quality through continuous updates and reviews. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of passenger car technology, automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting, coupled with at least three years of workshop experience.
