Job Summary
As a LIMS Administrator, you will be the crucial link between the LABbase Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS) and external IT service providers. Your daily responsibilities will include designing and coordinating lab-specific processes within the LIMS, such as data evaluation and results presentation, while actively contributing to system development and functionality enhancements. You will act as the primary contact for system malfunctions, coordinating troubleshooting with the software vendor, and conducting regular training for staff to ensure efficient use of LIMS features. Additionally, you will provide technical IT support for chemical analytics, collaborating closely with the central IT department of the parent company to ensure optimal system integration and adherence to technical standards. This role requires strong IT affinity, the ability to quickly adapt to new analytical techniques, and a high degree of personal commitment and responsibility.

Scientific/technical education or IT-related education
Experience
- Several years of practical experience with Laboratory Information and Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experience in analytical laboratory work
