Job Summary
This role involves supporting the regional infrastructure management by performing various IT and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing small IT projects, setting up hardware, resolving basic operational issues, and assisting with IT security measures. The position also entails managing procurement, processing invoices, and providing basic IT support and training to users. Key requirements include a vocational degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field like IT system integration, and good knowledge of MS Office. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting and carrying, possess a Class B driver's license, and be willing to travel frequently for work, including occasional weekend and evening assignments. This is a full-time, fixed-term position, offering a structured onboarding process and a competitive salary package.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational degree, preferably in a commercial/technical field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or infrastructure management
- Experience with administrative and organizational tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for roll-outs and on-call duty
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips
