Job Summary

This role involves ensuring product quality by meticulously testing and documenting measurement values during ongoing production, adhering to established quality standards. The Materials Tester will coordinate appointments, provide approvals, and conduct various tests using equipment like tensile testing machines, magnetic particle crack testing, and roundness, hardness, and roughness measurements. A critical part of the job is analyzing test results, creating detailed inspection reports for part acceptance or rejection, and handling customer complaints professionally. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, recording, labeling, and calibrating material testing equipment, as well as systematically collecting and evaluating quality data.
