As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for clients. You will also provide crucial IT support, answering technical questions and offering initial solutions to users. A key aspect of this role is excellent communication with clients and meticulous documentation of all work steps. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing client-side tickets, contributing to efficient IT service delivery.
