As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing multiple IT projects concurrently, guiding them through various phases from initiation to completion. Your role involves active participation in the Project Management Office (PMO), contributing to the evolution and standardization of project management practices. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough requirements analyses and economic feasibility studies, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and deliver value. You will also serve as a vital resource, advising colleagues on effective project management methodologies to streamline complex operational tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the IT support for approximately 4,000 employees across 14 tax offices and related institutions within the Hamburg tax administration, working closely with other governmental bodies in a collaborative environment.
