Job Summary

This role is for an IT Process Manager specializing in Incident Management, crucial for ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing the Incident Management process, working closely with the Process Owner to plan and coordinate all activities. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring process KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and proactively adapting ITSM processes to new technologies like AI, Cloud, and automation. The position requires strong expertise in IT Service and Process Management, including ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certifications, and experience in process modeling.   • Technical leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams in IT Process Management (advantageous)
