Job Summary
As a Technical Supporter, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, managing the full lifecycle from initial contact to resolution. This includes processing service orders for both domestic and international clients, handling invoicing, and maintaining meticulous documentation. A key part of your role will involve direct telephone support, creating and tracking offers for installation services, and developing service recommendations. You will be responsible for finding professional solutions for customers, including exploring alternative technical and scheduling options. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical or mechatronic fields, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach, eager to contribute to technological advancement within a dynamic team.
Required Skills
Education
University degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with electrical building installations preferred
