Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist focused on elevating technology solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents at 1st and 2nd-level, from receiving and analyzing disruption reports to resolving them and documenting the process. The specialist will also initiate follow-up actions for defect creation or change requests, manage group policies in Active Directory, and troubleshoot Windows and client-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, at least 1-3 years of user helpdesk experience, and a communicative, helpful personality. This position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects, optimize IT infrastructures, and focus on support and security within a dynamic team.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in IT, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Management Assistant
Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in user support/user helpdesk
- Experience in 1st & 2nd-level IT support
- Initial experience with Active Directory
