Job Summary

As the Head of Service, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and restructuring the service business unit, directly reporting to the management. Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing strategic directions for the service area, leading and fostering the service team, and managing deployment planning. You'll serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, while also planning and conducting training for both customers and employees. A key part of your role will be ensuring production adheres to all applicable norms, laws, regulations, and safety standards.
