Job Summary
As the Head of Service, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and restructuring the service business unit, directly reporting to the management. Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing strategic directions for the service area, leading and fostering the service team, and managing deployment planning. You'll serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, while also planning and conducting training for both customers and employees. A key part of your role will be ensuring production adheres to all applicable norms, laws, regulations, and safety standards. This position offers the chance to take on significant responsibility and drive technological advancements for a company that values connecting people and technology.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Leadership experience
- Very good knowledge in the electrotechnical environment
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 10%)
