Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive HR administration from onboarding to offboarding, with a primary focus on accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including tax and social security aspects. The specialist will also handle travel expense reports, time and absence management, and contribute to personnel cost planning. Key responsibilities extend to advising employees on payroll-related matters, managing reporting and certification processes, maintaining HR master data, and supporting administrative and organizational tasks within the HR department. The position also plays an active role in the recruitment process, new employee onboarding, and the implementation of new HR strategies, tools, and projects like personnel development and training. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law, along with practical experience using the OK.PWS HR system and excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Administrative Assistant (VFA-K) or successfully completed Employee Training Course I. Alternatively, a completed commercial or legal education.
