Job Summary
This role involves managing specialized financial processes and interfaces within a public administration setting in Senftenberg. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the finance department, IT services, and software vendors, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of financial software systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating cross-application evaluations, adapting software to local conditions, approving updates, managing user access, and providing training and support to finance staff. The position requires a strong understanding of IT integration in financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to process optimization and project groups. Required Skills
Education
Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in) or Employee Training II (Angestelltenlehrgang II) / Certified Administrative Business Economist VWA (Verwaltungs-Betriebswirt/in VWA) or qualification for higher non-technical administrative service / administrative training, OR a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Administrative Management/Public Management/Public Administration/Economics/Business Administration/Computer Science/Business Informatics, or another relevant degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in the described task areas (if degree is not directly relevant)
- Business administration knowledge, especially in organizational structure and IT integration of financial processes
- Process-oriented thinking and ability to quickly grasp IT and administrative processes
