Job Summary
As an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing essential 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support. Your daily tasks will involve handling incoming inquiries and tickets, classifying and dispatching service requests, and addressing incident reports and change requests. Depending on the role, you may also be involved in adjusting infrastructure systems like firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus solutions, and VPNs, as well as coordinating resource allocation and maintenance for technical operations. This role is ideal for a flexible, solution-oriented professional with strong IT fundamentals looking to grow within a dynamic environment, contributing to cutting-edge technology services for diverse clients.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a comparable field
- Desirable experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
