The Onsite Support Specialist will be responsible for managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and incident tickets for various devices like desktops, notebooks, and thin clients. Key tasks include installing, configuring, replacing, and commissioning new and replacement hardware, assisting users with technical issues, and processing service requests via ticketing systems. The position requires a background in IT, strong knowledge of standard hardware and MS operating systems, and excellent customer service skills.
