Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of RUCK, a leading wholesale, development, and production company for podiatry, foot care, cosmetics, spa, and wellness products. Your day-to-day will involve performing essential repairs and maintenance on treatment couches, practice equipment, and other technical devices from the RUCK portfolio directly at customer sites across Germany and Austria. You'll be responsible for technical consulting, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality. This role requires a completed vocational training in a craft or technical field, a willingness to travel extensively, and a Class B driving license.
