This role involves supporting the digitalization of Berlin's administration by focusing on Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) and call center technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and administering telephony systems and ticketing systems. Key duties include managing documentation, coordinating external service providers, resolving incidents, and providing technical support for projects and tenders. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or university of applied sciences degree, or comparable knowledge and skills acquired otherwise

Experience

  • Professional experience in administration and configuration of telephony systems or ticketing systems
  • Experience in IT system planning
  • Experience in First- and Second-Level Support for telephony systems or ticketing systems
  • Initial experience with monitoring systems is beneficial

  • Readiness to undergo an extended security clearance (SÜ 2) according to § 11 of the Berlin Security Clearance Act (BSÜG), requiring a minimum of 5 years of residency in Germany. This is a temporary contract.
