Job Summary
This role involves analyzing and transforming ETC's existing IT landscape, which includes distributed, on-premise, and legacy systems, into a future-proof, holistic IT architecture. The IT Enterprise Architect will be crucial in developing secure solutions, considering air gap requirements and network segmentation, and ensuring compliance. They will act as a key interface between business units, software development, infrastructure teams, and external service providers, guiding migration and modernization projects. This position offers the chance to evaluate and integrate new technologies and cloud strategies, advising management on technological opportunities and risks within a high-tech, international environment focused on CO2-low nuclear energy.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT technical training, degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience as an Enterprise Architect, IT Architect, or similar role
- Proven knowledge in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, ideally in security-critical or highly regulated environments
- Experience with air-gap architectures, network segmentation, and hybrid infrastructures is beneficial
- Experience with modernizing legacy systems is beneficial
- Experience working with distributed locations and international stakeholders is beneficial
