This role involves leading a team of four in a dynamic international company specializing in yeast and bacteria production. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial accounting, including monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB standards and international contexts. Key responsibilities include optimizing financial processes, managing payroll and fixed asset accounting, and preparing budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses. The position also entails developing internal controlling and reporting systems, collaborating with various departments, and acting as the primary contact for external auditors and tax authorities.
