Job Summary
This role involves independently managing building technical systems within the Facility Management department of a prominent institution. The successful candidate will lead a team of five, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operation, maintenance, and development of HVAC, refrigeration, and conveying systems, as well as planning and executing construction and investment projects. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in the heart of Berlin, with a focus on sustainable building operations and professional development.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diplom (FH)) in Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation and maintenance of plumbing, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation technology
- Professional experience with conveying systems (ideally)
- Knowledge of public procurement and contract law (VOB, HOAI, VgV, UVgO)
- Knowledge of relevant legal bases for operator responsibility (Betriebs-VO, Betriebssicherheits-VO)
