This role is for a dedicated Process Optimization & Digitalization Specialist to join the administration of Studierendenwerk Freiburg. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing existing business processes across all administrative departments, identifying digitalization potentials, and developing implementation concepts. Key responsibilities include project management for new digital tools like document management systems and MS Teams, optimizing the use of industry-specific software (tl1) and MS 365, and coordinating inter-departmental projects to ensure smooth workflows. The position also involves monitoring project progress, reporting efficiency gains, and leading change processes, including training and supporting staff. Required Skills
Education
