Job Summary

This role involves close collaboration with the management team and direct reporting to the COO, focusing on identifying strategic projects and KPIs to drive growth and optimize processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development through data-driven analysis and controlling tasks, monitoring and optimizing company performance, and identifying data sources to implement measurable operational dashboards. Key requirements include a degree in economics or a similar field, initial professional experience in business development, ideally within a startup, and fluency in both German and English. Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel is essential, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
