Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees facing IT-related issues and inquiries. Your daily tasks will involve setting up and configuring hardware, software, and various IT systems, as well as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will manage support requests through a ticketing system, perform software updates, and contribute to IT projects and technology rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education, initial professional experience in IT support or helpdesk, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and common software.
