Job Summary
As a Network Control Center Coordinator at Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe (DVB AG), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous energy supply for trams, buses, and other public transport vehicles in Dresden. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring all connected facilities and independently executing switching operations using remote control technology, both for planned activities and in response to disruptions. You will manage and coordinate the deployment of specialized vehicles for fault resolution and collaborate closely with internal dispatch and external energy suppliers. Additionally, you will support the organization of DVB's winter service based on weather conditions. This position requires working in a structured shift system (early, late, and night shifts) to ensure 24/7 smooth operations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification as a qualified electrician (Elektrofachkraft)
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical systems and independent, solution-oriented work
- Experience with or willingness to acquire authorization for switching electrical systems up to 30kV
