Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master or University Diploma) in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Applied Pharmacy, Environmental Technology, Quality, Environment, Safety, and Hygiene), Medicine (Human, Dental, and Veterinary Medicine), Nursing Sciences, Pedagogy (e.g., Health Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, Special and Inclusive Pedagogy, Medical Pedagogy), Gerontology, or a comparable degree with at least 60% focus in one of these areas. Alternatively, being a trained supervisor with a Master's or University Diploma.

Experience

  • At least two years of relevant professional experience post-university degree
  • Ideally, experience in quality and project management
  • Desirably, several years of leadership experience
  • Desirably, operational experience in occupational safety and health (preferably in BGW-insured sectors)
  • Desirably, profound knowledge of BGW topics

Additional

  • Must possess a Class B driving license. Willingness to undertake business trips (company car provided). Must be a citizen of an EU country at the time of application. Willingness to undergo a 2.5-year training program as a supervisor in the higher service. Potential for civil servant appointment (Besoldungsgruppe A 13h or A 14 BBesG) after successful completion of training and meeting legal requirements.
